Something about my Christmas in USA

Spring Festival is the biggest festival in China,it stands for families all get together to celebrate a brand new year. However, Christmas marks the arrival of festivity and fervor. It is one of the most joyous occasions. People celebrate Christmas across the world. Christmas signifies love and happiness. When I was in the USA,I always decorate my house on these days.
Chinese people might think that decorating the house would costs lot of money, actually, it does not always have to be expensive. Even if you are a little short on money, there are some easy ways though which, you can deck up your home. Buying Christmas decorations every year will turn out to be very expensive, so it is sensible to preserve the decorations of this year to be used in the next year. You can buy inexpensive decorations, from the stores where they sell it on discount like I do.Last year,I  only spent less than 500 bucks. I got a small Christmas tree at the block, and decorations for the tree are free, that save money for me. Cheap Rugs are also needed for Christmas, down the street along my house is a retail store which offers discounts on festivals.Rugs, candles, flowers, pictures, Christmas tree, figurines of Santa, angel, stockings, cards, bows, ribbons, candy cane, lights, wreaths, poinsettias, mistletoes and so on. These items mentioned above are traditionally used for decorations, but you can always come up with something new. It is all about using your imagination and coming out with some interesting things.

The decorations inside your home give you an opportunity to impress your guests, with some out-of-the-box thinking. The colors traditionally used for decorating the interiors are red, green and white. But it’s important to get fashion, big  Area Rugs ,they’ll slow down the noise people make and keep your house clean even if people spread some juice or coke on the floor.

Making handmade decorations is another good idea. In fact when, everyone is using decoration brought from the store; However, you can include some new colors to the decorations this year, for a unique look. Use of simple items like scented Christmas candles, lights, fresh flowers, drapes, bows and ribbons can very easily transform your home. You do not have to do something extravagant for this; simple things can easily do the job for you. Get your kids to help you with the decorations; they will be delighted to do this for you during the holiday season.

Rejoicing after Billions of Deaths

When almost every single person you are close to dies in a fiery blaze or drowns in a massive tsunami, what would you do? Celebrate! At least that is what the array of characters in 2012 do. Sure, they end up saving humanity, but after over 2 hours and 30 minutes of complete destruction of every national landmark and 99% of all human beings it’s damn near impossible to connect with their unabashed joy.

Although the film is basically strung together with these desperate escapes, there are a few notable ones. The first, as Cusack and his family are on board a plane that is mere seconds away from collapsing into the abyss, sets the bar. The rest live up to that bar as planes dodge in between buildings, out of dust clouds and over ledges. There are more “AAAAHHHHH’s” and “NO NO NO NO NO’s!” then all of Bay’sfilms combined and I think Emmerich deserves something for that.

The Russian characters in the film prove to be hilarious, but nothing comes close to the demise of Yuri, the leader of the pack. In a slow motion scene screaming withemotion, Yuri throws one of his annoying children up on a bridge to besaved as he falls to his demise. It’s the most “LOL”-worthy scene of the year.

I know the Winter Olympics are coming up, but I hope they can reserve a spot on the 2012 Summer Olympic gymnastic squad for the acrobatic dog in the film. As if you haven’t had enough already, around the 2 hour and 15 minute mark, you witness only a spectacle Emmerich could pull off that is reminiscent of another dog sequence in Independence Day.

Tips 6 - 10

  6. Expressions are limited to mouth movements when someone is faking emotions (like happy, surprised, sad, awe, ) instead of the whole face. For example; when someone smiles naturally their whole face is involved: jaw/cheek movement, eyes and forehead push down, etc。

  7. A guilty person gets defensive. An innocent person will often go on the offensive。

  8. A liar is uncomfortable facing his questioner/accuser and may turn his head or body away。

  9. A liar might unconsciously place objects (book, coffee cup, etc。) between themselves and you。

  10. A liar will use your words to make answer a question. When asked, “Did you eat the last cookie?” The liar answers, “No, I did not eat the last cookie。”

  Tips 1 - 5

  1. Physical expression will be limited and stiff, with few arm and hand movements. Hand, arm and leg movements are toward their own body as the liar tries to take up less space。

  2. A person who is lying to you will avoid making eye contact。

  3. Hands touching their face, throat & mouth. Touching or scratching the nose or behind their ear. Not likely to touch his chest/heart with an open hand。

  4. Timing is off between emotions gestures/expressions and words. Example: Someone says, “I love it!” when receiving a gift and then smiles after making that statement, rather then at the same time the statement is made。

  5. Gestures/expressions don’t match the verbalstatement, such as frowning when saying “I love you。”
