ghostlei When it comes to parenthood, the tasks are endless,as you have to put your whole self in— feeding, bathing, diapering, dressing — the list goes on and on. So when it comes time to get down on the floor and play, who can blame a mom if she’s too tired to push Matchbox cars around for two hours?Or to be a play-on-the-floor mom.
“I feel enormous pressure and guilt when it comes to playing with my kids,” says Meca,one of my best friends who’s just be a mammy for 2 years. “I remember being pregnant with my second and reading an article about parents relearning how to play. At the time, I was still fairly enamored with being a mother and thought it was a little sad, but it’s become a self-fulfilling prophesy. No sooner had I judged that article than I began having trouble coming up with dialog for the action figure I had been assigned for the moment.”Yes this remids me what my mom always says”You won’t understand till you’re in this situation”.
Peole would say playing with your kids shouldn’t feel like work, but for many of us, it does, and we definitely feel guilty about it. Actually,parents need to stop pressuring themselves to be the ideal playmate all the time, every day. Relax and enjoy the time you spend playing with your kids, no matter if it’s for five minutes or two hours.Play with your kids on the soft and fresh Area Rugs won’t be that tired,isn’t it?One thing only matters is that the child and parent enjoy these special times together.Play will also becomes more and more complex as children get older, the toddlers and preschoolers can exhaust parents with their imaginations. Then it’s time to promote independent play, but for a mom like my friend,I suggest storis playing and music actions.There’s a simple baby game I learned from college,which called big fish.The fun part is that you play and you learn the English words.Kids can pick up the second language while playing.Anyone wanna join me?First,make sure the floor is ok for kids incase they stumble,that’s why we put Rugs on the floor,but no need to take the expensive ones,as kids may make it dirty soon.Next,mom plays the character of fish mammy and your kid is baby fish.Then you can make any stories of yourself with the theme of to become a big fish.Just remember one thing,no matter what game you’re playing,keep an eye on your baby and Cheap Rugs are very important.
