ghostlei 过去的传统教育与现在的多元化少儿英语教育是有些差别，但中国式的教育仍在今日的语言教育上具有一定的影响，当然，我觉得是不好的影响。老师与父母都强调要小孩记单词，默写单词；上课要好好听课，作业要按时完成等等……，为此，我不止一次劝过这样的父母。我说，英语不是这样学出来的。
我曾也是个英语教师，总结自身教学经验两点，如下：
1.作为一名教师，责任心，耐心与爱心是首选；而作为一名英语教师，除此之外，你要让孩子喜欢你。我不止一次听学生及后辈跟我说，我不喜欢我们的英语老师。“为什么不喜欢？”“反正就是很讨厌，整天啰啰嗦嗦，还凶巴巴的，烦死人.”为什么老师要凶？用你的耐心和真切的关怀，真正的去关心他的学习生活，孩子会知道的，他会信任你，听取于你，这样一来，学得也更有冲劲。请别叱喝孩子，何不于他做一对好朋友？
2.了解孩子的特性(The Characters of children)。活泼好动，爱玩耍是孩子的天性，即使在课堂上，有几个捣蛋鬼不安分听课也是常事，这时，请别即刻批评他们，何不换一种温和而有效的方法，把他们带进英语的儿童世界？你可以用同学间比赛及游戏的方式，让爱学习和不爱学习的孩子们一起融入到学习英语的环境中，孩子玩得开心，学得也轻松。
