如果你想讲一口流利的英语，应该很熟悉人们常说的这四个学习英语的技能：读，听，说，写。
最重要的是，阅读和听力是“input” (输入)，而口语和写作是的”output”(输出)。换句话说，如果您想提高口语和写作技巧，应该首先掌握的技能是阅读和听力。在此我总结了一些方法让大家达到这一目的。
1 ）读
尽量多读。但是，阅读时态度要积极，不是随便读读就算。你必须注意文章的句子结构与生词。阅读时没有必要完全理解那些复杂的语法结构或试图了解所有不懂的单词。而是看到他们后脑海里有个印象，当其他段落或书籍里出现类似的句子或单词时，能辨认出来就足够了。要是随身带着笔记本，将重要的语法结构和单词记下来就更好了。
2 ）听力
至于听，这里有两种选择：

除了阅读，你可以每天做约30分钟听力。时间别太长，时间长了一般都坚持不下来。
也可以自己集中阅读，掌握了阅读技巧后再进行听的练习。
我本人更喜欢后者，因为当你熟悉阅读了大量纯正地道的文章之后，听历技能会自动增长。由于脑子里已经有很多输入，你可以轻松地猜测讲话者接着会说什么。但是这决不意味你不用练习倾听。
对于听力，我建议听一些专门为儿童设计的漫画或电影。他们的语言很简单，不包含复杂的词组或术语。再者，如果你善于倾听，上进心强的话，可以反复看美国喜剧”Friends”。这是我亲身经历的学习过程，学过之后与一般人的英语绝对不是一个层次。
如果你按照这些建议去做，你的口语和写作会自然提高。但是，学习是需要持之以恒的！相信自己，多一分努力，成效只会更完美。
